The legal warranty covers defects existing at the time of delivery, i.e. original product defects that appear within 24 months, excluding, therefore, defects that arise later
(e.g. due to use, lack of or poor maintenance, replacement with non-original spare parts, etc.).
MUST keep the original packaging, restored as sold; the spare part must absolutely not be tampered with and/or marked-repaired, otherwise the warranty and any form of assistance will be void
if this is complied with, we can proceed with an in-house check at the manufacturing company, which will replace or refund through us if the original defect is confirmed.
The legal warranty lasts two years, while the time limit to report the defect is two months from its discovery, for a total of twenty-six months from delivery of the goods
(24 months to detect the defect + 2 months to report it).
If the repair of the goods takes place during the validity of the legal warranty, a new warranty period does not start for the replaced part, which will therefore end upon expiry of the twenty-six months from purchase.
If, instead, the repair takes place after the legal warranty period, a new warranty will start for the replaced part, lasting 2 years from the installation or delivery date.
If the lack of conformity appears within six months of delivery, it is presumed that the defect was already present at the time of purchase.
If, however, the lack of conformity appears after six months but within two years of delivery, the consumer must prove that the damage is linked to a defect existing at the time of delivery.

RACING spare parts not OE, whose intended use is different because they are used at the installer's discretion and design and therefore not subjected to durability and reliability tests,
ARE NOT APPROVED for road use and ARE NOT WARRANTED FOR THE USE
in which they are employed. Any liability is therefore declined.
Goods will be shipped at the customer's request and at their responsibility; nothing can be charged to our service, which is only for the sale of the item.
for any dispute of non-delivery, damaged arrival or other, the service used will be held responsible; we recommend, in case of doubt,
ALWAYS insuring the goods so as to have financial cover and extra security.
Material that requires correct installation by a qualified technician must be accompanied by a fiscal receipt proving correct installation and the service date,
the warranty is not considered valid on such material installed DIY.
BY PURCHASING YOU AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPT THIS INFORMATION AS ACKNOWLEDGED FROM THIS HOME PAGE AND FROM THE NOTICES ATTACHED TO THE SHIPMENT.
