Importantissimo: Questo prodotto ha dei tempi di consegna lunghi ( 40 giorni) perche' la fabbrica si trova in Inghilterra e il prodotto viene creato su ordinazione appositamente per il vostro modello di auto, una volta arrivato in Italia devo poi spedirlo io a voi, quindi arrivare ad una consegna di 45 giorni partendo dalla data del pagamento è abbastanza normale, talvolta riusciamo a consegnare in 35 giorni ma non è una regola.
Occorre essere molto precisi sull'ordine, sopratutto qualora ci fossero stati diversi modelli della vostra auto usciti nel medesimo anno proprio perche' un prodotto su misura va bene solo sul vostro specfico modello di auto.
Il prodotto è di qualita' e raffinatezza assolute e per tanto ha bisogno di tempo per essere fatto, tenetelo ben presente al momento dell'ordine.

The legal warranty covers defects existing at the time of delivery, i.e. original product defects that appear within 24 months, excluding, therefore, defects that arise later
(e.g. due to use, lack of or poor maintenance, replacement with non-original spare parts, etc.).
MUST keep the original packaging, restored as sold; the spare part must absolutely not be tampered with and/or marked-repaired, otherwise the warranty and any form of assistance will be void
if this is complied with, we can proceed with an in-house check at the manufacturing company, which will replace or refund through us if the original defect is confirmed.
The legal warranty lasts two years, while the time limit to report the defect is two months from its discovery, for a total of twenty-six months from delivery of the goods
(24 months to detect the defect + 2 months to report it).
If the repair of the goods takes place during the validity of the legal warranty, a new warranty period does not start for the replaced part, which will therefore end upon expiry of the twenty-six months from purchase.
If, instead, the repair takes place after the legal warranty period, a new warranty will start for the replaced part, lasting 2 years from the installation or delivery date.
If the lack of conformity appears within six months of delivery, it is presumed that the defect was already present at the time of purchase.
If, however, the lack of conformity appears after six months but within two years of delivery, the consumer must prove that the damage is linked to a defect existing at the time of delivery.
